Dedicated to streamlining and improving the applicant screening process, Wirehire was founded in 2008. Employers are able to create a set of pre-recorded questions to ask prospective employees. Applicants are then given a phone number and unique code with which they can record their responses.

Charged with building the back-end infrastructure and employer interfaces, Intrigo focused on creating a system that would allow easy creation of open job positions, interviews, and questions, while allowing the employer an easy to use way to listen to responses. Recorded responses can be rated and sorted by the employer to aid in organizing follow ups or in person interviews.
